Yes. Our custom cast iron plates are heated to 280°C before your food is placed on them. The sizzle you hear when it arrives is real. Please be careful and use the provided paper bib.

Yes. Our Pepper Rice dishes and steaks are gluten-free when ordered without certain sauces. Please inform your server of any allergies so we can accommodate you.
